Service Use:
Our coaching and consulting services are designed for educational and support purposes only. By engaging with our services, you understand that no medical advice is being provided.
We reserve the right to refuse service, modify offerings, or change pricing at any time.
Payment & Cancellation (if applicable):
Clients may be required to submit payment before scheduling a service. Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.
If a coaching package is canceled within 24 hours of completing the intake session, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Michelle’s Dementia Consulting. After that point — or once the first coaching session has occurred, whichever comes first — no refunds will be issued for any coaching packages.
This policy helps ensure that the time and preparation invested in each client’s care are honored.
