We don’t remember the days…

We remember the moments.

Hi. I’m Michelle, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Caregiving for someone with dementia is one of the hardest roles to take on…

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and alone as you navigate the constant changes and emotional toll of caring for a loved one with dementia.

For over 10 years, I’ve supported families like yours, helping them through the unexpected challenges that come with this journey.

The role reversal of caring for a parent, the heartbreak of a partner not remembering you, or the exhaustion of managing unpredictable behaviors — it can all feel like too much.

As a professional caregiver, I’ve seen firsthand the toll dementia takes on families…

And while we can’t stop dementia, there are ways to ease the stress, bring more calm to daily life, and find new ways to connect with your loved one.

When working with families in the Portland Metro area, I help them regain control of their lives, reduce stress, and learn how to navigate caring for their loved one through the dementia process. And with personalized coaching, behavior management techniques, and one-on-one support, you’ll be able to implement what you’ve learned and start feeling relief right away.

If you’re ready to stop feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I’d love to hear from you.

What families are saying…

“Michelle’s support made all the difference. Not just for me and my daughter, but for my husband, too… I will always be grateful to her.”

— Janet B.

“Michelle is a great source of information and support. She’s also friendly, informative, helpful, and professional — all at the same time!”

— Shawn C.

You don’t have to do this alone.

What it’s like working with a dementia consultant…

You’re the expert on your loved one. I’m here to walk beside you.

If you’ve never worked with a dementia consultant before, you might be wondering what it actually looks like.

Some people think I’ll come in and tell them they need to do this or that, but that’s not my approach. I believe every family is unique, and my role is to offer suggestions and then provide you with the guidance and support you need as you figure out what works best for you. It’s collaborative and practical, not clinical.

Everything we work on is personalized to help you care for your loved one .

I work with caregivers and family members, not just the person with dementia, because you’re the one trying to hold it all together. My job is to help you make sense of how the disease is progressing, give you realistic tools you can use, and give you the support you need to get through the difficult days.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I’ve worked in dementia care for over 10 years and hold certifications from national and international organizations, including Positive Approach to Care and Montessori-based care methods. But more than the certifications, I care deeply about the families and caregivers I support every day.

It’s time to discover
the coaching option that’s
right for you.
